Child Safety Standards for Balmm (Upendoland llc)

These Child Safety Standards apply to the mobile application Balmm, published by Upendoland llc on Google Play.

Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) :

Balmm strictly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexualized content involving minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or harmful interactions with minors, Sharing, creating, requesting, or distributing any content involving a minor in sexual or exploitative situations.
• Any account found engaging in CSAE is immediately removed and permanently banned.

Commitment to Child Safety

We are committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users. We do not permit:

• Harmful behavior toward minors
• Collection of unnecessary personal data from minors
• Communication features that put minors at risk
• Content that endangers or exploits children

Reporting & Enforcement

Users can report harmful or inappropriate content through our in-app reporting system or by emailing supports@upendolandllc.com.

When a report is received:

• We review the report promptly
• Remove violating content
• Suspend or permanently ban offending accounts
• Report illegal CSAE content to appropriate authorities where applicable

Moderation Practices

• Automated and manual review of content (where applicable)
• Monitoring for child safety violations
• Immediate escalation of CSAE-related report.
